Ranjani is a Director at Montresor Legal, where she advises US and UK law firms in London on strategic talent growth across counsel to associate levels. She began her career as a corporate finance lawyer before moving into legal consultancy, bringing first-hand insight into the demands and culture of international practices.

 

Working closely with elite US and market leading UK firms, Ranjani collaborates with senior leadership teams and lawyers to support long-term career development and growth strategies. She is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach—taking time to understand people, ambitions and firm objectives to ensure meaningful and lasting outcomes.

 

Outside of work, Ranjani enjoys travelling and seeking out adventures with her young children.
